This doesn't explain the problem accessing IMAPI but I have seen situations
where java is disabled on the browser and it prevents one from getting to
some pages. I see their menu bar is java. Could that be anything?

It's resolving okay. I can ping www.U32.org and see their IP address.
The ping itself doesn't get through, but they are probably filtering ICMP
packets. I tried accessing their site using the IP address directly and
that doesn't work either (except from my workstations on static NAT).
