Celebrating History: A Dedication and Open House
Saturday, June 4, 2005, at 2:30 p.m.
Preservation Burlington, Inc., Phi Gamma Delta, and the Chittenden County
Historical Society cordially invite you to the dedication of a Vermont
Historical Marker celebrating the lives and homes of
General William Wells
and his son-in-law Dr. H. Nelson Jackson.
The dedication is open and free to the public.
Corner of South Willard and Main Streets, Burlington, Vermont
Phi Gamma Delta will graciously open this magnificent French Second Empire
home to the public from 3 to 5 p.m. Refreshments will be served on the
Phi Gamma Delta and Preservation Burlington request a donation of $10 per
adult at the door; the proceeds will be used for the restoration of the
building and programs of Preservation Burlington.
