Ivy Marcella, a UVM student from Edgartown, Mass., is presumed to have
drowned yesterday at Huntington Gorge, although her body has not yet been
found.  Ivy, an Art Education major in the College of Education and Social
Services who has twice been on the deans list, had just completed her
sophomore year.  She will be sadly missed by her many friends among UVM's
students, faculty, and staff.  We offer our deepest sympathies and
condolences to her family.
