Actually, at FlashForward a couple of weeks ago, I saw a demo of the
upcoming OdeoStudio that is written in Flash and utilizes Flash
Communication Server (I think) to capture the audio, process it, and
export the downloadable .mp3 file. This will eliminate the IE/XP
nonsense that plagues some of the "cooler" stuff on the Internet
