10:00 - 10:30am meet & greet
10:30 - 11:30am program updates/goals
11:30 - 12:00 data base
12 - 12:30 corrections (guest speaker TBA)/schools
12:30 - 1:30 lunch (most likely pizza)
1:30 - 3:00 team building
