Does anyone know if the weather conditions will be good for migrating hawks over Mount Philo on Monday 9/19?  I can never remember which wind currents to look for, and would like to take the trip north ( Mon is my day off) if conditions are right. My timing has been so terrible in the past, that I have missed them every time I have gone to Philo.  Am hoping to have better luck this year.  Thank you.
