Goose Update!  I called VINS this a.m.  They are aware of the  bird.  It has 
been there for several years, apparently.  It is an old  injury, and they 
can't fix it.  If they brought it in, it would be to put  it down.  So a group of 
people in the Windsor area put out feed and  water for it and it has survived 
quite well.  This year VINS brought a  family of mallards to keep it company, 
and they were all together yesterday, and  seemed content.
