Thanks to Wesley Wright for the update and notes on how to get a  
videocast up.  I now have 4 podcasts and 1 videocast up on my blog.   
It works great!  I have progressed in the quality of my podcasts.   
For my last cast, I used the Fast Track audio interface from M-Audio  
and it worked great with my Mac Mini (which has no internal mic).  It  
belongs to my son who spends his extra hours playing his guitar into  
his mac!!!
