You're not the only one this happens to. I hate "Eye on the Sky," for 
that very reason. That, and after they have droned on for five minutes 
through the background (apparently at a loss for words; don't these guys 
ever practice their delivery?), when they finally do get to the 
forecast, they do it all backwards. i.e. they give you the forecast, and 
THEN what region it's for, in quick succession, so I always miss the 
Champlain Valley forecast. It's funny how I can listen to a five minute 
weather report and have no idea what the weather is going to be.

The guy on Northeast Public Radio in Albany is lots better. He clearly 
announces the region (Vermont,  Adirondacks, Hudson Valley, Mass., 
whatever), and then the forecast, so it's a lot easier for a listener to 
tune in.
