I am involved in building a new lab from scratch. We would like to make
the process as requirement-driven as possible.
Are there some good examples of where user requirements have been
well-documented and then satisfied with thoughtful design? Do any
schools have a regular process established that maintains an up-to-date
document of user requirements? Or perhaps plan for preparing a annual
list of supported software? I am looking for good books on the subject,
too.
Thanks,
Peter
