1. UVM-Weekly... Gary Derr!

  Gary Derr will be a guest this week, LIVE on UVM-Weekly. As you know, UVMtv
continues its weekly UVM news, sports, and events broadcast to the on-campus
student body. This week the man himself will appear LIVE to confirm he actually
exists and explain his constant emails. We will be taking live phone calls
during our interview with him. So tune in. We will also have sports highlights
from the home basketball games played during break. While you left for turkey;
UVMtv was here!
  UVM-Weekly airs LIVE on Sunday's at 7:30pm on channel 13. However, if you do
miss it Sunday, you can watch the re-runs at 10am, 7:30pm, and 1am every day
(channel 13). Additionally, reruns can also be downloaded (for off campus
students) from our website: http://uvm.edu/~uvmtv

3. Do you have web-designing skills?

Want a Free Ipod and a better resume?  The Student Government Association is
currently interviewing students with any know-how in web-design for the new and
far better SGA Website.  Don't be Shy!  Your design might be chosen for the new
site.  Win A Free Ipod if your design is chosen! To set up an interview email
Bent Cardan ([log in to unmask]) and let him know you're interested.


4. UVM Big Band on Saturday, December 3rd 7-9:30 PM

Join the renown UVM Big Band for a night of stompin standards.  Dance your
tootsies off (or just listen).  Professional swing dancers will be in
attendance.  $5 suggested donation - All proceeds to Very Special Arts of VT.
Saturday, December 3rd, 7:00-9:30 pm in the Southwick ballroom on Redstone
Campus.


5. WHAT'S UP WITH THE DAVIS CENTER?

The Department of Student Life invites all students to attend one of the
following dialogues about the Davis Center:

TUESDAY, December 6, 7 PM, McCann Hall (Trinity)

WEDNESDAY, December 7, 7 PM, CWP Rotunda

THURSDAY, December 8, 7 PM, CBW Lobby (Chittendon)
