Hi Bryan:
Great seeing you on Friday evening. Excellent show. You do
it so well. I now look at my not-too-clear minature photos of the gull
flocks on Delray Beach with a much wiser eye. I'll have to get a better
camera with telelscopic lense!! (How many years have I been saying that?)
Unfortunately birding for me has taken a back seat lately. I am still
struggling with sorting and keeping my energies up and going. Anyway, I
thoroughly enjoyed being there at VINS North to see you and your gull slide
program. It is nice to re-connect.
I have been thinking of you and your group all weekend and
enjoyed reading the email about yesterday in Burlington. The weather here
was sparkling and mild (at least by early afternoon). And today (Sunday) has
turned out to be pretty nice too. I hope the long trip to Gloucester was
well worth it and that we saw lots of good species. I'll look forward to
your report to VTBIRD.
