My blood ran a little quicker a few days ago hearing some chickadees  
doing some strong spring "feebee" songs, but my heart soared for a  
moment this morning when I heard a Cardinal singing!  But truth be  
told, I am not ready to be rid of this beautiful snow yet, and I know  
those birds are just thinking about the prospect of the coming  
season, not really announcing it.  The days are getting longer!
