I'm looking for a publication that the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses no longer sells or makes available. Details that I have:

Thompson H. 1998. Lumbar drain management. American Association of Neuroscience Nurses Clinical Guideline Series.

Can anyone provide me with a copy of this? I'd prefer free, but am willing to pay up to $15 to either borrow or obtain a photocopy (I have no idea how large this thing is).
