Greetings from across the pond:

 

A researcher at Summa Health System has asked my assistance in locating
a Mr Philip E. Harris.  As of 1989, Mr Harris was at the Norah Fry
Research Center, University of Bristol.  We would like to locate Mr
Harris in order to obtain permission to use his work in research over
here.  Any pointers in the right direction will be deeply appreciated.
