CRT Employment Services Team Leader - 
Full time position in Springfield, VT to coordinate employment services for consumers who experience severe and persistent mental illness. Oversees job development and supported employment functions to increase integration, improve job retention and build satisfactory community partnerships which enable consumers to meet their employment goals. Must have strong organizational skills, and be able to multi-task. BS in human services preferred, experience working with mental illness required.
