Microsoft does not supply CDs with post service pack hotfixes
slipstreamed in place. However, you could build your own with a minimum
of fuss. A quick Google search on "slipstream xp hotfix cd" ought to
get you about a dozen links on how this is done. Performing the process
manually is no big deal, but as an alternative you can use any of a
number of free GUI utilities, such as this one:

nLite also lets you strip undesired components out of the installation
source to reduce the size of you CD or network installation point.
