I am the medical director of a hospital based vascular lab in Ann Arbor, MI. Can someone email
me a copy of the worksheet (diagram) you are preparing for patients being vein mapped/marked
prior to undergoing catheter ablation (or foam ablation) of either the Greater (long) Saphenous
Vein and/or Lessor (short) Saphenous Vein ? I am particularly interested in how people are
recording the length/diameter of these veins as well as major tributaries and perforators. I have
found this information quite helpful.
