Hey all, 

i just want to thank everyone for their responses. i need everyone to know 
that it just took one phone call to the right person and we got a loaner 8 
Mhz. transducer the following day from Nicolet. Kathy Forde was the right 
person to contact and went immediately into action to help us out. I had 
been away during all the drama about getting no reasonable response from 
them and as soon as Kathy and I spoke the problem was resolved.
