For you, take Rt. 15 till it intersects with Rt. 2 in Danville. Take
Rt. 2 throught St. Johnsbury. Continue to N. Concord where you turn
left onto road to Gallup Mills, Granby, and Victory. About 5 miles up
the road you enter the Victory Bog WMA. Another mile or so brings you
to the Bog Brook parking lot where Trail 1 on my map begins.
Best place for Gray Jays are at base of Trail 2, between locked gate and
concrete bridge on Trail 4, where Trail 3 hits pipeline. Eat lunch at
the Chickadee pull off half way up. Gray Jays show up there at
intervals all day. Black backs are pretty much everywhere. There
drumming right now. Similar to Hairy and Downy drum.
