Our general meeting will be held this Wednesday at 5:30 PM in the CS 
conference room (Votey 322).  Yes, there will be free pizza.  What kind 
of insane club would we be if we had a general meeting without free pizza?

It's also that time of the year where we have to pick new officers to 
replace those of us you can't stand anymore.  Plus there's the fact that 
most of our officers are graduating and have no intention of running the 
CSSA after that.

If you're interested in doing more next year in the role of an officer, 
definitely attend and make that known!  It's really not about formal 
duties and taking minutes; it's just about pitching in at events to make 
sure everything goes smoothly.


Finally, when we're done raising our hands and saying "Aye!" and "I 
second that!" a lot, we shall watch... SIGGRAPH!  "What, oh user of odd 
words of which I have never heard," I hear you ask, "is siggraph?"

"Well, I'll tell you, Mr./Ms. hypothetical question-asker!"

Siggraph is a conference on graphics that produces some really cool 
computer animation.  We've ordered the DVDs from last year's and we'll 
watch a few choice videos.  We've done this in the past and it's been a 
lot of fun.  Will there be refreshments?  Yes.  I JUST said there'd be 
free pizza (and other stuff too).  You should really pay better 
attention to me.
