FYI ~ 

During grant renewal visits I have let people know that the VR portion of their grant would be reduced by 2-3% due to the Federal Budget reduction in VI-B funds. 

Although it's not the best of news, I'm happy that the reduction is now set at 2% and no more.

As I've noted in the past, the 2% reduction will apply only to the VR portion of funding. (In the JOBS Program, this will apply to all VR funding except VR general fund that is used for match) 

If you have not submitted your budget, please apply the 2% reduction as you see fit. If you already have submitted it, we will apply the 2% decrease to operating expenses. For DS agencies, please also include the 4% increase in Waiver funding.
