That's right, it's that time again.  We all get to go hang out at North 
Beach ("on North Beach?"), eat free food, and discuss just how cool we 
all really are.  Ok, maybe not that last bit, but the North Beach part 
and the free food part are true.

The Saturday after the first final exam (yep, that's this Saturday; time 
to start panicking if you haven't yet) we always hold a picnic down at 
North Beach.  It's just a chance to relax for a bit before diving into 
finals week.


We'll get things started at about noon (this is on May 6th) and stick 
around 'till about 3:00.  Come whenever you can and stay for as long as 
you want.  We'll have all the picnic classics: hamburgers and hot dogs, 
veggie burgers, salads of various sorts, and plenty of things with 
chocolate in them.  (And, ya know, other dessert things too, 'cause 
let's face it: CS students like snacks.  Or is it really just me?)


Any special requests?  Send them along; it's not too late.  You know us; 
it probably won't be too late on Friday evening either.  (-;
