Does anyone have some type of confidentiality agreement or policy for
tech support people, which states that even though they have the ability
to access staff and student files/emails, they may not view files/emails
without authorization?  If you have one, would you please share it?

We are bound by the staff acceptable use policy, but I am looking for
something more specific to tech support people and our unique
abilities.
