Greetings, Birders:

No Red-necked (or Red) Phalaropes at Berlin Pond, but a breeding-plumage 
Red-necked Grebe was among Sunday's highlights (which also included 
American Bittern in a grassy opening and at least three Virginia Rails). 
Warbler numbers were a bit low (15 species), but it's delightfully busy 
with birds over there. Here's a list from Saturday and Sunday:
