This AM I heard WHITE CROWNED SPARROWS in my front yard...then saw them this afternoon after the daily dog walk.
 My dog was slowly stalking something that I could not see at the edge of the field next to my home this afternoon. He got too close because an AMERICAN BITTERN flew out.
