Just returned home from two great birding spots, Necedah NWR, WI, where we
were lucky enough to see whooping cranes (awesome!) and Ottawa NWR/Magee
Marsh Wildlife Area, Ohio, where the warblers arrived en masse on our only
day of birding there.
The bike path, Newport, had some signs of spring yesterday also - the first
warbler of the season, a single Canada warbler, plus American bittern and
Common snipe.
