OK. I did this was for a subblog named News. I assigned
http://kbridges.blog.uvm.edu/News/ to the site URL
/var/www/html/blogs/kbridges/News/ to the site root
I get a message that MT was unable to create a directory for publishing
my web log. This makes sense, it needs a location to operate out of,
but there appears to be no easy way to create the required directories.
From a security standpoint I can applaud this, but it doesn't help
get things functioning.
I sort of sense that I have to go in manually and create folders and
assign permissions to make them world readable and writable, but this
isn't clear.
