Please be aware that the fee for filing an appeal from a decision of the board of civil authority to the Director of Property Valuation and Review changed effective July 1, 2006. Section 8 of Act 202 amends 32 V.S.A. §4461.

The filing fee goes from $30 to $70.  I hope to have An updated version of the form (PVR 4404A-2006) on the Tax Department's website soon.  The change is in the fee amount in the last paragraph on page 2.
