I ran into the same problem, and from what I've seen it can be remedied
by re-saving your StyleCatcher settings, then re-applying the theme to
To re-save your StyleCatcher settings,
1. Go into the Main Menu area of your blog install
2. Click on Plugins from the System Shortcuts on the right
3. To the right of the StyleCatcher plugin information, click on "Show
4. Without making any changes, just click the "Save Changes" button.
This will reset the Stylecatcher plugin, and download the appropriate
"base-weblog.css" file that it seems to be missing after the upgrade.
You may need to re-apply the style/theme by using the stylecatcher
plugin in the normal fashion.
