The printing problem has been resolved. Please let us know if you experience
additional problems with this service by emailing or calling the Help Line
(656-2604 or [log in to unmask]).

During last night's application of updates from Microsoft, some jobs in the
print spooler were corrupted. The outage appears not to have affected
everyone. But we have almost 20,000 print errors in our log. :-(  The print
spool service was taken offline, the spool directory flushed and the server
restarted. Printing resumed normally; we now see print success messages in
our logs. :-)
