After working with Microsoft product support, we have applied a hotfix that
appears to have addressed the problem we have been having. We will be
monitoring print services closely tomorrow to be sure that service has been
fully restored. 

If you encounter difficulties printing to printers hosted on our server,
please contact the Help Line at 656-2604 or [log in to unmask] to let us know.
