Apparently this is a by product of an OS Repair that I did earlier. Would be nice if I could solve the problem in a more universal way, instead of for each "bad" file/folder.

I can't so anything with the file/folder. I have tried to going to a command prompt to see if I can delete the file/folder. If it is a file, I seem to be able to delete it, but not if it is a folder. I get this same odd behavior if I just try to drag something to a new folder. If I copy, paste and then delete the original, everything seems fine.

Tried looking on line but didn't see anything that jumped right out. I have even tried looking in the registry for one of these folders, but didn't see anything that looked helpful.
