Thomas,
Last year, WebCT was listening on ports 8900 and 8943. Over the summer
we found a way to get WebCT to listen on ports 80 and 443, but it still
really wants to talk on port 8943.
(Sorry, I went home ill yesterday and didn't get to your note until this
morning)
