I went thought and tried a few different ones.
I started off with Sysaid, and liked it but wound up having to find a
different one because of some of the restrictions they put on the free
I then move to pmos (http://www.h2desk.com/pmos/). This i used and
really liked, but it is basically the old version of h2desk that they
offer for free.
I then paid for H2desk and currently using it with great success. I
really like the knowledgebase, which allows for public and non-public help
things. It also allows for me to set up departments, so while i use it
for it only at this point I can set up one for maintenance and we don't
need to see each others tasks. The way i have it set up is that i can
see requests coming from both the elem and hs school and my student techs
who log in only see the hs requests.
