Thank god noon has come and gone!  What does the law say about voter
registration deadline...Are we required to accept postmark or date signed?
How does it work?  I know I always have as a courtesy.  It just gets
difficult when I receive a packet on Friday before the election.  I try to
wait until late in the week to print my checklist and then I end up having
to hand write people in.
