	I see no s/ option in this case.  The author is a he, noted 
for journalism on the Near & Middle E.  -  not so blatantly anti-USA 
as Chomsky or Pilger, but perhaps the next rank down.
	Like Eric, I had noticed the totally puzzling claim that U 
residues in this case were not depleted but *enriched*.  I hope we 
can get some sense on this later.  Meanwhile, Fisk is under suspicion 
for failure to get his story checked by a scientist knowledgeable on 
radioactivity.  It is, on its face, disinformation.
