Hey Everyone.
  So the officers have finally had their meeting to set out a concrete  
schedule so everyone will know when we are doing salsa and Latin and  
when we are doing ballroom, and a few other changes.

So here is the schedule of events

Wednesdays - 10:00-11:30pm will be Salsa/Latin and all are welcome!!  
(beginner and advanced levels)

Fridays: 8:30-10:30 practices will now be divided by the hour.
  8:30-9:30 will be Ballroom dances (this Friday will be Fox Trot,  
beginner and intermediate classes will be going on at the same time,  
so all welcome!)
  9:30-10:30 will be Latin only, and then we can all go out to Latin  
nights together after!! (all are welcome!)

Saturdays: 5:00pm-7:00pm will be for Advanced only!!
We have decided now NOT to have a A team and a B team.  Instead we  
will have one day that is Advanced ONLY, and you must get the okay to  
come on Saturdays.  If you auditioned, and are chosen (you'll find out  
Friday), you will automatically be able to come on this day, and if  
you don't make it through this first round of auditions you can move  
into advanced after some more practice when we give you the okay!   
Yeah!!!


Sundays: 11:00am-1:00pm (IN MANN HALL ON TRINITY CAMPUS) all are  
welcome! This is BALLROOM ONLY.  We will have beginner and advanced  
classes if necessary.


So that is it for now. If you have auditioned, or if you want to still  
audition, Wednesday is our last day where we will do call backs for  
those we need to see again, and for those who haven't had a chance to  
try it yet. And then you will find out on Friday who is given the  
green light to start coming on Saturdays, and who needs a little more  
work first.

  Also for those of you who have not done so yet, if you want credit  
for the club  you must sign up online!  Deadline is Oct. 12th!!!  Go
