Hi Everyone,
 
Please find attached some information regarding a point in time survey of individuals who are homeless in Vermont.  On January 25, 2007 this survey will take place.  It is extremely important to participate if you are working with anyone who is homeless or fits the definition provided in the handouts attached.  If we are to make a difference regarding services and resources we need to do our part in providing accurate data.  As you can see below, if you have questions Brian and Kim are available to help.  Feel free to forward this to anyone who may have contact with or who provides services to individuals who are homeless.  And please take time to hang the poster.
