I figured this would be useful for CSSA here at little old UVM. My
alma mater had a "capitol area theory seminar" that brought many talks
on these kinds of things (more like the voronoi diagram business).
Generally, as Gary has wisely recognized, community is a good thing.
CS people get extremely competitive and anti-social, which only hurts
us all. Best to share ideas and learn from each other. For instance,
I just have been trying to start a weekly coffee hour at Rubenstein.
More of this kind of thing at UVM is good :)
FYI any of you are welcome to the friday tea at the Gund institute
(Johnson bldg.) at 3:00 every friday.
