Dear All:

Jeff Frolik and I are teaching the ME/EE 1 course this semester to about
100 freshman ME and EE students. We would like to have a session of the
course set aside for student groups in the College to make a short
presentation to the students about their activities. These would include
presentations from ASME, IEEE, Mini Baja, SWE, and Engineers without
Borders. The date that we have set aside for these presentations is Friday
April 13, from 1:25-2:15 pm in Votey 105.

Please let me know as soon as possible whether or not your group will be
able to give a short presentation to the freshmen on this date,a nd forward
me the name of the student(s) who will be presenting. This is a great
opportunity to recruit new members, and we are hoping that all of the
different student groups can participate.

Jeff
