The Thursday time from 3:30-4:20 sounds good to me.  As for the taiko  
event, I think it would be preferrable to have Stuart come to UVM  
since last year it attracted a lot of people.

P.S. Mamemaki went pretty well.  There was a lot to clean up, but we  
got it done quickly.
