Ray,
That is total everything, including initial cost, replacing batteries,
power adapters, etc., etc. They are also tougher and more expensive to
repair than desktops when they are out of warranty. Plus, even though
I could not put a money amount on it, there is more "handholding"
involved, such as in making sure they are being charged, keeping track
of them, and so forth.
