Q.  What's you computer to student ratio, or do you even care about
such things?
A.  About 5 to 1, which includes admin-only machines.  And, we do not
worry about a ratio.

Q. How many IT Support Staff (Computer Nerds) 
A. Five, though they all do some crossover to classroom support.

Q. How many Classroom support (professional development, Media
Specialists etc)?
A. One full-time integration specialist for eight schools.  Goal is
three people.

Q. If you have a planned computer life cycle, how long is it (3 years,
5 years, go until they explode, etc)?
A.  Five years is the goal for workstations, though some may be in
operation longer for specific purposes such as viewing library card
catalogs.  We attempt to do a three year cycle on servers.
