The SLD folks provide good information regarding funding and whether it
is by school or by SU at:
Vermont's participation has been relatively stable through the life of
the program at about $1.5 Million and up.
With regard to technology plans, the vast majority (though not all)
apply at the SU level.

How many of you, your individual schools (individual school
districts), apply for your Erate funds?
How many have a Supervisory Union that files the papers for you and
all schools contained within the Supervisory Union?
If you or your individual school applies for the funds who in your
school is assigned that task and, if it is not you, do you assist
said individual in any way?
Same question if the funds are applied for at an SU level.
