A flock of 5-7 robins were seen devouring the abundant mountain ash
berries at ~3500 feet during a backcountry ski on Camels Hump
yesterday. I also noted 1 Hairy Woodpecker and 1 Snowshoe Hare
observed around 2500 feet near the Monroe Trail. The drive also
produced an adult Bald Eagle along I-89 in Bethel at the White River bridge.
