Yesterday around 3pm as I drove by city hall park a large Peregrine came
down stooped into the park, pulled up into the head wind and floated gently
in front of my windshield catching full light. Looked to be a large mature
female. Gorgeous sight!! I went around the block as I was in traffic to see
if I could spot her again, but she seemed to be gone. It almost looked like
she was going to pull up and perch on the Vermont House.

Today on swift street I saw a kestrel(poor little thing must've been cold),
pumping strongly along the road heading north. It stayed in sync with me for
about a mile before ducking towards the lake.

I only wish that I always got a falcon a day. What would that keep away? Not
the doctor, maybe the sparrow..

Happy Birding!
