Do any towns out there share equipment with other towns?  Do you have 
a sample agreement that explains who covers the insurance, 
maintenance, etc.?  We have found that if we lease roadside mowing 
equipment with another town, we will pay less than we currently pay 
to rent the equipment for a couple of weeks, but we don't know how to 
go about it.
