I have used Novells Netmail for listservs as well as Maiser. If you are
on the school license agreement with Novell, you can get NetMail as part
of the agreement. I believe that Maiser is free as there are probably
other listserv engines that are free and run on Linux or Windows.

Would anyone have advice about hosting a listserv internally ?
We will have about 20 - 25 teachers/staff who will be discussing
vocational
topics.
We do not host our web page or email.
Perhaps some good "discussion" software ... Is blogging better ?
Just looking for the easiest/inexpensive solution besides email for
people
to discuss a common topic...
