I stopped at Dead Creek this afternoon after failing to find the Tufted Duck 
at the Champlain Bridge (sigh). My spirits were lifted somewhat by spotting a 
Pied-billed Grebe, a Great Blue Heron, 2 Northern Harriers,and 4 Wood Ducks at 
various locations at Dead Creek.
